1. Nature of Services

Landscape PRO LLC provides professional service-based landscaping work. Due to the customized and labor-based nature of services, completed work is generally non-refundable.

2. Deposits

Deposits:

• Secure project scheduling
• Cover material procurement
• May be partially refundable if cancellation occurs before materials are ordered

Once materials are purchased or work begins, deposits are typically non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

Clients must notify us in writing before scheduled start dates.

Cancellation after material purchase may result in:

• Forfeiture of deposit
• Reimbursement of incurred costs

4. Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied:

• Notify us within 7 days of completion
• We will inspect the issue
• We may provide corrective work where applicable

Customer satisfaction is a priority.

5. Custom Installations

Custom hardscaping, patios, drainage systems, and irrigation installations are non-returnable and non-refundable once installation has begun.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
